East West Productions are looking for talented photographer/videographer to join our team. This is a long term but flexible job opportunity for someone who's able to offer our client reliable high quality contents.
The ideal candidates could be event, wedding or portrait photographer who's currently a freelancer and looking for more work to fill the gap. Experience in real estate photography/videography is a plus but not a must. As long as you have some experience in photography/videography and willing to learn and grow with the team.
This is an independent contractor position which means you will have maximized flexible to work on your own schedule. Whether it's as few as 1 shoot per week, or as many as 10. No commitment required.
* Some experience and lots of passion in real estate/architecture photography/videography
* Must have DSLR or Mirrorless camera with wide angle lens with minimal focal at 16mm
* (Optional) Having a 360 Camera. Model example: Theta Z1, X, Insta360 RS, Matterport Camera
* (Optional) Having a drone with HD photo/video capability. Model example: DJI Mavic Air 2 2s Pro Mini. Part 107 license is required for commercial project.
* Willing to drive, with reliable transportation as you might be servicing an extensive market area, not just the metropolitan area
* Good communication skill with positive attitude when dealing with the team
* Be punctual and detail oriented
* Driving to the service location and perform the service as photographer/videographer
* Creating photography, video footage, 3D virtual tour of the property base on our company standard and upload the content to company server
* Communicating with the team and client promptly before, during and after the service
* Promote company's business and service
* Redo the job if it doesn't fit our standard or complained by our client

East West Productions are looking for experienced editor who's interested in real estate industry. The ideal candidates need to have a passion about what they do. As well as willing to learn and grow with the company.
* 1-2 years experience in photo editing, proficient skills in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
* 1-2 years experience in video editing, proficient skills in Adobe Premiere or Davinci Resolve
* Good communication skill with positive attitude when dealing with the team
* Willing to learn and grow with the company

* Finish the available job in timely manner
